Deliveries to the UK 

All orders over £50 are sent FREE. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt where possible (excluding weekends).  Please allow 3-5 days for all UK deliveries from the time you place your order. If for any reason there is a delay in us shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.  If you have an urgent need for one of our items, please contact us and we will do our best to help get it to you.

All our orders in the UK are shipped using Royal Mail or MyHermes courier.

Please note that the Royal Mail offer compensation up to £20 and MyHermes offer compensation up to £50 with the services offered.  If you require a higher value of compensation please contact us before ordering and we will arrange this for you.  Generally we have found both the Royal Mail and MyHermes to be extremely reliable and have not had any issues with damaged goods or non-delivery so far.


Deliveries to Europe & Worldwide

We ship to most destinations worldwide using Royal Mail International.  A full list of destinations is given in the shipping selection box on the orders page.  Deliveries to Europe are typically 5-7 days and to the rest of the world 7-15 days, but can sometimes take longer if delayed at customs.  For countries outside of the EU we are required to declare the value of the goods and information on what is enclosed in the parcel.  Please note, any import duties payable are the customers responsibility. 

Royal Mail International Standard:  Each parcel is insured for up to £20 but does not come with a tracking number.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed: Each parcel is issued with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.  A signature is usually required at the delivery address (if available in your country).  Each parcel is insured for up to £50.

Due to recent changes, Royal Mail International have set a maximum weight limit of 2.0kg per international parcel.  This means that if you are ordering multiple items that add up to more than 2.0kg, we are unable to use Royal Mail to send your parcel and will have to send your parcel using an alternative shipping carrier.  If you have any problems at checkout or are told there are no carriers to your country, please get in touch with us and we will find the most economic way to send your goods either using an international courier or multiple Royal Mail shipping methods.

We are happy to accept returns of damaged or faulty goods and will offer a full refund or replacement.  If your item is damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us for information on how to return the item.  

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest a tracked or insured method of return such as Royal Mail or MyHermes. Return postage for damaged or faulty goods will be refunded by AltecH Designs once the goods have been received by us.  For a refund of postage in most cases we will require a scan or photo of the postage receipt or a copy of the courier invoice.  Please contact us before posting as a scan or photo may not be needed in all cases. 

If you decide you do not want the item, we will accept returns provided it is in the original packaging with all fixings, fittings and instructions and has not been fitted, used, marked or damaged in any way.  Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the initial or return postage cost and will only refund the price of the item purchased.
